The methodology represents a set of tools with which excellence is achieved in terms of efficiency, quality and organization according to the REFA–Germany system and Lean production.

Staff training and implementation of practical projects under European programs
Our company has certified specialists who have many years of experience in training managers and executive personnel of production enterprises according to the methodology of the REFA-Germany association.

This is the most popular practically oriented system for optimization of production processes in German-speaking countries, and includes within itself: analysis of production processes and structures, labor standardization, remuneration systems, personnel selection and others.

We not only train our clients’ personnel, but also implement this knowledge in practical projects on-site at the consulted companies.

Quality management systems ISO and related to them

Certification, assistance and compliance auditing with the new European Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)

From 01.01.2027, the requirements of the regulation become mandatory for producers, importers, and exporters of goods falling under the scope of the regulation.

The European Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) imposes radical changes on global supply chains. The main objective of the regulation is to guarantee that products consumed on the EU market do not contribute to deforestation anywhere in the world.

The regulation affects seven primary commodities, as well as all products derived from them (e.g., furniture, paper, packaging, chocolate):
  • Wood and wood products (including furniture and paper)
  • Beef
  • Cocoa
  • Coffee
  • Palm oil
  • Soy
  • Rubber

Every company (operator or trader) that places these goods on the EU market or exports them from it must prove through a “Due Diligence”

system that it complies with the new requirements.
